Chef Kikuo originally from Japan and his wife Charlene purchased Burger Joy Café in 2014. Together they bring Japanese inspired flavours to North American burgers.
Each burger is made from scratch and prepared when ordered, it may take a few minutes longer than a regular fast-food restaurant, but it is well worth the wait.
